The court had said it's verdict about children working in circus. It is an appreciable act, that our country is taking steps to stop child labour. Those children should exposed to good and basic education, like other children. But an afterthought would reveal the real problem behind this banning of child labour. What would they do? to meet their daily ends and to support their family. By banning them from work, we are denying them the right to earn their living.                                          The best practice would be providing these children with basic education and make more employment in the country. It is time to reinvent our education system. It is time for us to educate for the sake of education not for the sake of getting a job. Education means "to educe" i.e. to bring out or bring forth. Education should bring out our real self, explore our inner self. Education should make a responsible and reasonable human being.  In India the number of children who are exposed to primary education is very low, moreover the drop outs in the middle of year, are also causing big troubles. In villages and other rural areas poverty plays a significant role in the dropping out of children. To make daily living, the poor have to work like mules, their children can't attend schools because, their parents earning of a day wouldn't be enough, so they are forced to go to work. 2011-12 union budget is near and i think it is only fair to take a look at our nation's child welfare. Let us hope this time Govt. will do justice, by allocating more than the usual 3% in the budget, for the benefit of poor children. Our substructure is not good enough to support the basic needs of children. Children are more prone to violence. If we don't take proper care; denying education, basic amenities, proper health, of our children(basically poor and orphans), i can assure you we are looking at a bleak future. You and i have almost 100% probability of getting what we want in our life. But what about those who are living in the road sides, all those tribal, poor children in Assam,Gujarat etc., children in J&K who are daily subjected to gun violence.
